SAIL RDCIS takes up empowerment programs in Ranchi |

Steel Authority of India Limited is striving to improve the living condition of people residing around its plants and units. The SAIL unit at Ranchi has taken various activities to improve the living condition of the people, especially tribal and weaker sections of the society.
Recently the SAIL unit at Ranchi adopted two such programs training program on tailoring and embroidery and installation of Phaco Machine for cataract operation.
As a part of its economic empowerment program for women, SAIL Ranchi has organized a training program on tailoring & embroidery in association with RK Mission TB Sanatorium, Tupudana, near Ranchi for 3 months.
The training program has been inaugurated by Ms Seema Mathur president of Ispat Mahila Samaj. She advised the participants to take full advantage of this program and learn all aspects of tailoring and embroidery.
